About Our CEO
Marija Beze
Marija Beze is an operational K9 and mine action specialist with over 30 years of international field experience across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Her career combines advanced Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD Level 3) qualifications with extensive leadership in working dog programs within humanitarian, governmental, and security environments.
She has led and supervised Mine Detection Dog (MDD) teams in complex operational theaters, including large-scale land release and technical survey projects. Her background includes deployment, accreditation, handler supervision, operational planning, and quality assurance of K9 assets in accordance with International Mine Action Standards (IMAS).
Marija has also worked internationally as a K9 specialist and instructor, supporting police, security, and institutional capacity building in explosives detection, SALW detection, and tactical K9 preparedness.
